Frequently Asked Questions

We know that trusting someone with your vehicle is a big deal, that’s why we bring you The Driven Difference.

Whether you’re curious about how long a detail takes, or the difference between paint correction and ceramic coating, we’ve got you covered.

It depends on the package and the condition of your vehicle.

  • Standard Wash & Detail: 5 to 2.5 hours
  • Interior/Exterior Combo Packages: 2 to 4 hours
  • Paint Correction/Ceramic Coating: 4 to 8 hours

We’ll always give you a time estimate when booking and keep you updated throughout the service.

Not necessarily! As long as we have access to your vehicle and a safe place to work, we can take care of the detail while you’re away. We just ask that:

  • The car is unlocked (or keys are available)
  • There's enough space to work around the vehicle
  • We’re informed of any special instructions ahead of time We also send updates and photos during the process if

Nope — we’re fully mobile and self-contained. Our detailing setup includes our own water supply and power source, so that we can perform high-quality services wherever you are — home, work, or even curbside.

Yes! We conveniently offer flexible payment options through Affirm to help cover the investment of properly caring for your vehicle, so it stays looking great and lasts longer.

Great question — they serve different but complementary purposes:

  • Paint Correction is the process of removing swirl marks, scratches, and imperfections from your car’s paint. Think of it as “restoring” your paint.
  • Ceramic Coating is a liquid polymer applied on top of corrected paint to protect it from UV rays, dirt, water spots, and more. It adds long-term shine and makes washing easier.

Our packages combine both for the best results.

If your paint looks dull, has swirl marks, or shows light scratches and water spots in sunlight, paint correction can make a huge difference. We offer a free visual assessment to help determine which level of correction is right for your vehicle.

Technically yes, but we don’t recommend it. Ceramic coating locks in whatever’s already on the surface — including swirls, scratches, and imperfections. For best results, a paint correction beforehand ensures a flawless finish that’s worth protecting long-term.

We only use professional-grade, trusted brands that are safe and effective for your vehicle. This includes:

  • pH-balanced soaps and cleaners
  • Eco-friendly interior sanitizers
  • Top-tier polishes and compounds (for paint correction)
  • Premium ceramic coatings with long-term protection

We also use high-quality, top-of-the-line equipment to ensure the best possible results for every service. Everything we use is tailored to your vehicle’s specific needs and condition.
